Universal travel junction provides no guarantee with regard to their quality or fitness as represented.

Check-In Time is 12:00 noon & Check-out Time is 10:00AM or as per Hotel Policies (early check-in is subject to availability in Andaman most of the hotels check-out time is 8 AM)

Meals Timings must be followed as per instruction given by the hotels. Vehicle Ac will not work at hill stations.-No refund will be made if you will not use any services provided by us in the Inclusions.

In the Case of the Mentioned Hotel is unavailable; we will provide the same category as the Hotel. The company is not responsible for missing sightseeing, destinations due to political strikes or roadblock, Monuments, parks, rides, etc. to be closed without prior notice. Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by guests while taking a tour.

Extra Bed Means Extra Mattress.

Universal travel junction reserves the right to terminate, cancel, or modify any offer without any prior intimation.

For a heater, you can pay directly to the hotel.

EP- means Accommodation only,

CP – Accommodation with Breakfast,

MAP – Accommodation with Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner (anyone),

AP – Accommodation with Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Information you give us. In your use of the Site, you may provide us with various information that personally identifies you. For example, we collect information from you when you make a booking through our reservation system. Information collected during the course of the reservation and during your stay may include:

Your name, email address, home and business address, phone number, nationality and payment card information

Photo ID proof issued by government compulsory for all occupants including sharer.

In season time most of the places having heavy traffic issues, so might be the client has been missing some sightseeing and for missing sightseeing The World Heavens is not responsible.

In case the Client didn’t Pay Instalment on the date given in the invoice, a late Penalty will be charged from the Guest.

Verbal Commitment done by any of our executives is not valid.

Universal travel junction is not responsible for machinery disturbance i.e. mechanical disturbance in a Volvo or in-cab, Tyre puncture, or any other mechanical issue during the trip.

AC in the vehicle will not work on any hill stations.

The vehicle has been charged for the fixed inclusions. If the client used a vehicle apart from the itinerary or by any chance the day has been extended guest has to bear the cost of the extra services or extra time (Guest dropping time is before 09 PM).

After making the payment of a particular package if clients make any amendment or changes or if clients want to postpone the dates needs to bear some certain charges of the same and all rights have been reserved by Universal travel junction only.

Postponed Charges are Dynamic and can be Changed depend on Number of Days Left in Travel ( Min 10% to Max 30% of the Entire Package Cost) In season time & Long Weekends season surcharges will be applicable and need to bear by guest Only.

Changes in the package in case of government orders, pandemic situation, political strikes, curfew, natural disaster, airlines delayed or any other such reasons have been done at extra cost and that has to be bear by the client only.

The cost of each package has been calculated on the basis of fixed inclusions. In the scenario of customization required, then cost shall be incurred on the basis of value additions.

Similarly, while we assure you of enjoyable holidays, we cannot and do not guarantee or represent that such a tour will be as per your mental perception, imagination, or thoughts about such tour.

In case of bad weather, flight cancellation, change of schedule of flights, the company will not be responsible for any refund.

Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions.

The itinerary flow is subject to change without any Prior Notification.

Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, Universal travel junction will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to the non-sailing of the ferry and will be governed by our cancellation policy.

All water activities are subject to weather conditions.

Payment should I made as strictly per the payment policy or on the instalment date if the client fails to do so the company is not responsible for the given hotel or vehicle as we need to transfer the same to them.

If the client is not happy with the instalment date in special cases he/she can request the Travel Consultant can extend the date of the instalment (Subject to approval).

The initial amount of 2000 or 3000 rupees is for the blocking of the package we will confirm the hotel and vehicle only when we get the full 30% of the initial package.

Without receiving a 30% amount we could not upload or give the vouchers.

Flight tickets are subject to availability, In case In case the tickets are not available for the quoted amount then other alternative dates will be recommended

100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets; If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly.

If there is a Gala dinner in your hotel (on Christmas, New Year, or any other important day) then it is mandatory and chargeable from the hotelier direct.

Customers can not change the itinerary during the trip unless the same has been pre-informed and assented by the travel agent.

Please remember that all special requests like early check-in, late checkout, smoking room, non-smoking room, views, floors, king bed, twin bed, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and the same cannot be guaranteed prior.

The Universal travel junction is not liable for the care of personal items of travellers during the trip.

Changes made to the package will be made as per the cancellation policy of the original package and the customer has to bear the cost incurred due to this.

If the guest/client is making the payment that means he/she automatically accepting the Terms & Conditions.

Any loss or damage to any valuable items like mobile, tab, gold, etc. is purely the customer’s responsibility.

In case of non-compliance with payment terms, The Universal travel junction reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Any amendments/additions to the package (dates, inclusions, itinerary, etc), will be done at an extra cost to the customer.

In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Universal travel junction will try its best to reimburse the traveller appropriate amount against the same in case refund is possible. However, Universal travel junction are not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.

City museums and monuments remain closed on Mondays while Ross Island remains closed on Wednesdays. If any visit is missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing after returning to Port Blair from Havelock Island /Neil island, time permitting. This needs to be checked with your travel agent before booking the package.

In case Makruzz/Coastal Cruise/Govt. Cruise is not operational due to weather, technical, or other unavoidable reasons, Universal travel junction will not be liable for any refund claims arising from this.

The rate of the package (international/domestic) can be changed without any prior notice.

Star Categorization of hotels is categorized on the basis of location, services, facility, and costing and not as per star categorization i.e 1*2*3* and so on used in the Metro cities – NGT (National Green Tribunal) Rules & Regulations National Green Tribunal has implemented a few restrictions & instructions for every traveller visiting Rohtang Pass which are as follows:-

The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass per day is restricted to 1000 /-, out of which only 600 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed. Due to this restriction customers have to wait as per the availability.

Visit Rohtang pass can be on individual / sharing by deluxe bus subject to availability.

If the client failed to pay the instalment on time booking will be released automatically from the system and later on, the guest just needs to pay Re booking charges for the same.

Child Policy

Child below 5 years will be complimentary without an extra bed, and child above 5 years will be considered an extra person in the room inclusive of an extra mattress.

Postponed and Amendment Policy

After making the payment of a particular package, if clients want to make any amendment or if clients want to postpone the dates (for any reason), clients need to bear certain charges. All rights have been reserved by Universal travel junction only.

Note: All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.

Visa and Passport Information

Universal travel junction or its affiliate partners will not be liable for any visa rejections, and hotel cancellation policies would still stand as they are.

It shall be your obligation to ensure that your passport is valid and eligible for undertaking international travel. Travelers are advised to check that passports are valid and eligible for international travel. Universal travel junction or affiliated parties will not be liable for passports being declared ineligible for entry/exit.

Validity of passports should be at least 6 months from the date of return.

Handwritten passports will not be considered valid.

Passports must have a barcode.

Passports should not be mutilated or tampered.

Name on passport should match with the name on other documents provided for visa.

DOMESTIC PACKAGE PAYMENT POLICY

30% at the time of payment (1st installment online).

20% after 7 days of getting the vouchers (2nd installment online).

50% during the tour in cash.

Note: If the customer wants to make the third installment online, he/she needs to inform us at least 7 days before their travel date. If the client paid through a payment gateway, 2% extra charges need to be borne by the guest only.

International Package Payment Policy

First installment will be full payment of the flight and 30% of the land package.

Second installment of 30% will be after 10 days (meanwhile, you will get a blocking code for the resort).

The last installment of 40% will be 1 month before the travel date.

Cancellation Policy

Advance amount is non-refundable. For cancellations done between 45 days to 30 days prior to the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 40% of the tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged as cancellation charges. For cancellations done between 30 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 70% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges. For cancellations done within 15 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply, and you will receive no refunds.

Refund Policy

Universal travel junction will process the refund only after receiving a cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through email or registered phone number. Refund against the cancellation of train/air tickets will be credited directly to the customer’s mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the airlines/train (If Air fare & train fare is Non-Refundable then Universal travel junction will not be liable to pay any refund.) Universal travel junction will process refund within 45 days only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/train/hotel/transporter/other suppliers. Due to Banking Procedures, Refunds in cases where Airlines/train/Hotel is declared as insolvent or bankrupt Universal travel junction will not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/train/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent The customers or Guests or agents shall not hold the Universal travel junction liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airlines/train/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent. On the basis of as surety given by airlines/train/hotels/suppliers, Universal travel junction may sometimes refund amount to the customer but Universal travel junction the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Airlines/train/hotels getting shutted down/non-operational/bankrupt.
